45seconds is launching a video competition on the topic of “MOMENTUM”.
The competition is organized by “lab45 kommunikationsdesign gottert (individual company)”, hereinafter referred to as “lab45”.
Profits
There are no prizes to be won in the jury voting of the competition. The prize consists in naming the three best contributions.
Participation
A person enters the Video Contest by submitting a video using the form provided. The video is submitted via direct upload, YouTube embedding. All you need to do is enter the corresponding video URL in the participation form.
The participation phase of the video competition extends from DD/MM/YYYY at 0:00 a.m. to September 22nd, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. The jury voting will take place from September 23rd, 2024 at 0:00 a.m. to October 28th, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. The jury voting will then be announced on October 29, 2024.
Natural persons who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 14 are eligible to participate. Participation is not limited to the organizer’s customers and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. If a participant is restricted in their legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.
Announcement of winners
On October 29, 2024, a jury will decide on the best three submissions. The winners of the competition will be promptly informed about their prize via a separate email and, by confirming these terms and conditions of participation, agree that their names may be published on the lab45 website.
Video rights
By submitting the video, the participant confirms that the video rights belong exclusively to him, meaning that no third party can assert rights to the submitted video. The participant also assures that everyone visible in the video agrees to the publication of the contribution.
lab45 receives the non-exclusive right to use the videos indefinitely and irrevocably for reporting on the competition and to edit them for this purpose. This includes distribution on the organizer’s social media platforms and on the websites 45seconds.de and lab45.de.
Exclusion from the competition
lab45 reserves the right to exclude participants from participating in the competition if the videos submitted violate applicable law or good taste. This also applies to violations of the conditions of participation and attempts to manipulate the competition.
End of the competition
lab45 expressly reserves the right to cancel the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned, or if correct implementation is not possible for technical reasons.
Data protection
To take part in the competition, you must provide personal data. The participant assures that the personal information provided by him, in particular the email address, is truthful and correct.
The organizer points out that all of the participant’s personal data will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available for their use without their consent.
In the event of a win, the winner agrees to have his or her name published in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the operator’s website and its social media platforms.
The participant can revoke his/her declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the contact details of the organizer provided in the imprint section of the competition app.
Applicable Law
Questions or complaints in connection with the competition should be directed to the operator. Contact details can be found in the imprint section of the application used. The operator’s competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Severability clause
Should a provision of these terms and conditions of participation be or become wholly or partially invalid, this will not affect the validity of these terms and conditions of participation. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the economic sense and purpose expressed in the invalid provision applies. The same applies if there is a loophole in these conditions of participation.
